Daihan MaXterile Autoclave

The Daihan MaXterile 60 is a vertical steam autoclave designed for the sterilization of laboratory materials, solutions, and waste through pressurized moist heat. The instrument enables sterilization cycles at temperatures up to 132 °C and pressures of 2 bar, making it suitable for applications in research laboratories, microbiology, biotechnology, and environmental sciences.

Equipped with an automatic digital control system based on Fuzzy logic, the MaXterile 60 enables simple and reproducible programming and monitoring of sterilization cycles, including control of temperature, exposure time, and pressure. The stainless-steel sterilization chamber provides high corrosion resistance and durability, while the electronic door safety system prevents opening under high-pressure conditions.

With a 60 L chamber capacity, this autoclave enables the sterilization of solid materials and liquids, making it suitable for applications such as culture media sterilization, reusable laboratory glassware and equipment, sampling containers, and the treatment of biological waste prior to disposal.
