Fiocchetti Superpolo 480 -20°C Freezer

Fiocchetti Superpolo 480 chest freezer, with an approximate capacity of 485 L, designed for the preservation of temperature-sensitive materials in laboratory and industrial applications. The unit operates within a range of −10 °C to −45 °C, making it suitable for storing samples, reagents, products and other materials that require freezing temperatures lower than those of a conventional freezer.

The system features static refrigeration, high-density polyurethane insulation, a top lid with latch, and an LCD digital thermometer for temperature control and monitoring, complemented by audible and visual alarms for temperature deviations.

This equipment does not require a request or booking. To access it, please contact the space caretaker or, for shared centre spaces (e.g. Lab 2.39, Building 8), the technicians.
