Fill in the form below to reserve the desired equipment. The equipment reservation will be made automatically and immediately, provided that it is not already reserved for the selected date.
Please check that the equipment you wish to request is available on the date you intend to use it.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact one of the responsible technicians.
Important Information
The first uses of the equipment will be supervised by one of the responsible technicians. Once the technician considers that the user is familiar with the equipment, permission to use it independently may be granted.
It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the equipment is left in appropriate condition after use, so that the next user can use the equipment without any problems.
Any problem or malfunction identified during use must be reported to the responsible technicians as soon as possible.
