Important Information

The user is responsible for verifying the condition of the field equipment prior to use. This includes testing the equipment, checking the battery status, and confirming that the instrument is properly calibrated. Field equipment may develop minor faults or require adjustment, even after periods of inactivity. Any malfunction, damage, or irregularity identified during use must be reported to the technical staff upon return of the equipment so that it can be addressed as promptly as possible.

For analytical instruments operated exclusively by technical staff, sample preparation is the responsibility of the requester. The required consumables and reagents will be managed by the technical staff. If the necessary reagents are available in stock for the requested analysis, the requester may be asked to provide compensation in the form of equivalent reagents or consumables required for other instruments or analytical procedures, thereby supporting the continued operation of the laboratory.
